Each project begins with a detailed technical site assessment covering architectural layout, structural constraints, MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas, and exhaust), ventilation performance, airflow patterns, containment effectiveness, and code compliance. This assessment identifies system inefficiencies, safety non-conformities, aging utilities, and operational bottlenecks.
Based on the assessment results, LABTECH tim develops a phased new concept – retrofit engineering plan to minimize downtime and operational risk. We decide to choose EFFLAB modul to accommodate existing condition & new goal.
The scope typically includes laboratory furniture replacement, fume hood, storage cabinet, and biosafety cabinet upgrades, HVAC and exhaust system reengineering, airflow balancing, pressure zoning, and utility redistribution.
