Vertical Dynamic Passbox

EFFLAB pass box a positive pressure chamber surrounded chamber more protective. Housing made of full AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.0 mm. Interior with fully rounded corners, seamless structure; clean appearance and easy to clean. Equipped with double-layer tempered glass viewing windows for clear observation of items inside the chamber.  Strong and ergonomic height of dimension will make comfort for personal researches, and profesional laboratory.

Top-mounted 8 W UV sterilization lamp; H14 gel- seal HEPA filter, filtration efficiency 99.997% @ 0.3 µm. Cleanliness class: Class 100 (some type)*.

Soft-touch metal control panel; double-door electronic interlock. When either door is opened and then closed, the unit enters self-cleaning mode with a 30 s air purge; doors cannot be opened during self- cleaning*. 

UV Lamp will optimize working area from contaminant that sample contamination. for personel, glass sash UV Approve will protect in daily activity in laboratory.

Functional, Cleanliness class: Class 100 working with facilities and good arrangement will give very good results. Supported with powerfull blowers will make the air flow rate stable at the rate specified in the standard. Always give a protection to personal and sample*.

Bacterial growth in cold temperatures will be inhibited by stainless steel 304 in each sheet of material used.

Static Passbox

Static Passbox. 

A pass box is a controlled transfer chamber installed between two adjacent rooms with different cleanliness or containment classifications. It allows materials to be transferred while minimizing cross-contamination, maintaining room pressure differentials, and preventing simultaneous opening of both doors through an interlocking system.

Three way passbox

When Should You Choose a Three-Way Pass Box?

Choose a three-way pass box when:

  • Independent environmental conditions must be maintained in each room.
  • Facility layout or available wall space limits installation of multiple pass boxes.
